French Fries and Avocado

Last night, I won the best daughter award because I made dinner for my mother and myself. After too much junk food throughout that day, I decided it would be for the best if I made dinner for her in addition to myself. A simple, vegan, and delicious meal of French fries and avocado.


  • Potatoes
  • Coconut Oil
  • Avocado

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then wash and slice as many potatoes as you can fit in your stomach (kidding, find a buddy and make it a contest. Still kidding, cut up as many as your body needs to eat.) and lightly smother the fries in coconut oil. Put them in the oven until golden brown. Meanwhile, cut and avocado in half and mash it up a little to create the perfect dip-cup for your fries. As soon as your fries are done, put them on the plate, dip them in avocado, and enjoy! (I also served mine with a small bowl of raspberries!)
